Working out and Bulking for Women

In this video, I want to share a brief opinion about women limiting their upper body work in fear of bulking. I also want to share a couple of articles that has opposing thoughts as well as an article that explains female bodybuilding and the various classes of female bodybuilding. At the end of the day, a woman should feel amazing in their body, confidence, strong, and independently capable of taking care of herself at any given time, in any given situation.
